The deadline for early registration is March 18, 2004. The deadline for on-line registration is April 11, 2004. Please help us by registering as early as practical. 
 

The registration fee will cover 3 lunches and 4 breakfasts, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the conference banquet . The registration fees are as follows:

Student rates are available only to full-time students who have not completed a Ph.D. or equivalent.

Cancellation policy: A $40 handling fee will be applied for cancellation up to 7 days before the beginning of the conference (before April 11, 2004).
