Abstracts

Abstract deadline: February 15, 2004 (Invited talks and contributed posters)

Both invited talks and contributed posters will use the same abstract format. The abstract format can be directly obtained using the conference LaTeX template. A sample abstract is also available in Adobe Acrobat and Postscript formats. Abstracts are strictly limited to one page. We will accept LaTeX files (but no attached files for figures), and we welcome Postscript or PDF files including figures.

Please email your abstracts as attachments to apip-abstracts@t4.lanl.gov. Do not use any additional encoding or compression methods (such as BinHex, gzip, uuencode, etc.).

Due to space limitations, one abstract per registrant can be accepted. If space remains, a second abstract will be considered. Please indicate in your email message which abstract is your primary submission (if submitting more than one). A list of accepted papers will be given on this website shortly after the February 15 submission deadline.

Poster Preparation
All posters will be displayed on boards measuring 44 inches by 44 inches.

Student Poster Prizes
We are planning to award prizes for outstanding student posters judged by the Program Committee during the poster sessions. To be considered for these prizes, submitted abstracts should be accompanied by a statement in the email message requesting consideration. These posters must have the student as first author.
